We support
peaceful demonstrations for justice. Demonstrations
have the potential to help our country and hurt our country. The credibility of peacemakers
calls for
demonstrators to be kind and nonviolent. I mention this because while
visiting a soldier in jail, I witnessed Occupy Wall Street protestors that were
rude to the police. To make matters even more challenging for peacemakers, we know from history
(e.g., the FBI COINTEL program) that
government infiltrators sometimes intentionally attempt to induce peacemakers to
respond to police violence with violence. The Teach Peace Foundation
encourages people to stand up for peace as good citizens showing
kindness to everyone.
Peacemakers do not illegally occupy
territory. The word "occupy" is what is the military is doing in Iraq and this
is the framework the power elite wants to paint peacemakers with. People who
occupy take from others and peacemakers are people who give to others.
Peacemakers can help reframe the call for economic justice by renaming "occupy"
sites as "Teach Peace" sites.
Police
officers are asked to not obey orders to use excessive force against protestors.
The Bill of Rights does not say that a voice from a loudspeaker
declaring an assembly is illegal is automatic justification to
hit people and violate Constitutional rights to assemble. The slowly
evolving protest movement is gradually raising awareness for economic injustice
including
the fact that the Federal Reserve System is a privately owned cartel. If left unchecked, the Federal Reserve System cartel will be the mechanism to continue economic austerity to
further devalue the US dollar. The goal of the Federal Reserve owners is to make
people so desperate that they will welcome
Special Drawing Rights as the basis for a one-world currency.
As a peacemaker who is standing up for
justice by demonstrating or serving as a police officer, it is important to remember
that we
must love our enemies. If you are angry with someone, make the time to meet with
that person. If someone has something against you,
settle your differences quickly and be reconciled which is the message
found in many holy documents. Matthew 5:23-24 guides us: "Therefore, if you are
offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister
has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go
and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift."

Why does Teach Peace combine peace education with helping the disabled live with
dignity? We combine peace education with acts of kindness because what we say
must match what we do.
Our work
to assist the disabled in Africa came after multiple requests for our
assistance. In 2007 Sister Sponsa, the winner of our
2011 Lifetime Peacemaker award, had herself become disabled and returned to
the United States with no one to continue her life-saving work. I am sad to say
that it took the deaths of 3 children, all from preventable causes, before Teach
Peace finally said yes and started emergency food deliveries. The Teach Peace
Foundation delivered the first $1,000 of food aid in December 2008 and with the
creation of the Special Ambassadors program we now deliver much more than food
365 days a year.
Electromagnetic Health Risks
People
once laughed at people claiming smoking cigarettes was harmful. Today, loving
people are standing up to protect our children from unnecessary electromagnetic field (EMF) health risks.
Click here for a reminder from history that we should not wait for the government to
tell us a health risk is real. One example of potentially dangerous EMF
radiation is the Smart Meter
summarized
by Dr. Bill Deagle and supported by the fact
Marin County criminalized the installation of Smart Meters.
Smart Meters could broadcast EMF radiation once a month but are often
broadcasting 24 hours a
day and 7 days a week with only brief interruptions. Unlike cell phones, Smart Meters cannot
be turned off. With potentially dangerous Smart Meter EMF radiation for anyone within 92 feet, you can begin to
understand why
47 local governments in California have demanded installations of Smart Meters stop.
Some peacemakers make the case the real purpose of Smart Meters is
to broadcast high levels of EMF radiation to intentionally impair critical
thinking.
watch an EMF Smart Meter measurement. The
Sage
environmental study confirms Smart Meters can be dangerous.
To better understand this issue,
Rob States created a presentation on the dark side of Smart Meters. You may be surprised to learn
that your cell phone can be less dangerous than a
typical household wireless phone. In addition to informing your utility
company that you do not want a Smart Meter, EMF blocking and absorbing solutions
can help you reduce EMF exposures. To reduce your exposure, EMF detectors are
highly recommended.

Shielding solutions are sometimes as simple as
a $6 piece
of aluminum screen.

New World Order is real, watch the documentary

People who have viewed the above documentary have commented it is literally
paradigm changing enabling them to understand for the first time how power is
organized to suppress freedom.
Fukushima
Scientific Americanreported that Fukushima radiation released, specifically caesium-137 with a
30-year half-life, is much greater than what had been previously officially
reported by governments. Applying the half-life "rule of ten" explained in our
Radiation Case Study, this
means the danger will persist for 300 years. This should be no surprise to anyone who has read even
one of our last seven newsletters because we have
carefully documented the truth of the global disaster.
In addition to our
June 2012 Africa trip, you are invited to join us for a
2012 Washington, DC trip. If you know of high
school or college students that would like to participate, we have three
scholarships paying for the food and accommodations portions of the trip.
Our DC trips in the past have been powerful events with educational
experiences ranging from
the Holocaust Museum to learning about the why past wars were fought as we visit national
monuments. Students have life-changing experiences as illustrated by the
article Carmen Cueto wrote following her discussion with a Teach Peace
Foundation member and Holocaust survivor (available online at
www.teachpeace.com/wecantforgettheholocaust.htm).
Additional trip participant endorsements from prior trips are
also online.
