Six members of our team are spending Christmas with war orphans in Liberia, Africa. Dave Dionisi on our staff has been notified of your gift and he is personally arranging for the delivery of the goat on your behalf.

Goats are a wonderful gift because they can thrive by eating grass and plants.

In Liberia, most people can only afford one very simple meal each day. The gift of a goat is a gift of hope for the future. Goats often have two or three kids a year enabling goat owners to lift themselves out of poverty by starting small businesses that earn money for food, health care, and education.

We provide instruction on how to care for the goat and use goat manure to fertilize gardens. Each person or family that receives a goat is required to agree that in return for the gift of the goat they will help others. For example, the recipient of a female goat is asked to give the fourth kid to an orphanage to help needy children. In this way, the people who are helped also help others in need.
