“In conspiracy theory,” declares Wikipedia, “the
term New World Order or NWO refers to the emergence of a totalitarian one-world
government.” The first three words of the opening statement of this entry in the
most widely read encyclopedia in the world convey a sinister message to you: a
clandestine war is going on for control of your mind, and the hidden hand has
the upper hand. Dozens of books from tributary presses, brooking the suppressive
current of the mainstream publishing market, have emerged to tell the
breathtaking tale of the New World Order. Some of the books offer evidence in
support of their assertions about a secret global elite shaping history
extremely difficult to deny. But what does that matter if only a marginal fringe
of the populace ever reads them? Never has there been a more successful campaign
of counter-propaganda than the one in our time, stifling the reasonable
inquiries of the mind. Its negative psychology is simple, but oh so effective.
Investment in a conspiracy, we are led to understand, is the sign of a
degenerating mindset. To speak of conspiracies is immediately to be branded a
quack, and therefore a laughing stock for ridicule. The upshot is that the
evidence rarely gets weighed; the books going largely unread.
Now we come to another book which quite obviously
aims to penetrate the great wall of denial. What claims on your attention does
it offer distinct from the others?
My first answer is a “personal” one, which is to
say it will reside in a few key facts about its author, David Dionisi. The most
interesting fact is that a former military intelligence officer, wealthy
capitalist, once comfortable Republican, should come, like Saul on the road to
Damascus, to a moment of truth causing him to be totally transformed. Cause him
to give his fortune away in pursuit of a cleaner, better world in which acts of
kindness might prevail over heinous violence. I must leave you with only this
hint, as his creation and sustaining of the world-changing Teach Peace
Foundationwould take us afield of our present focus.
Still on the personal note, I move to reflect on
the mind at work behind this book.
In 2005, American Hiroshimaappeared bearing Dionisi’s name. Anyone who
reads that book and then this one must be struck with the absorbing drama of a
rare mind’s progression. A genuinely open mind on display is always a rarity, a
sheer phenomenon. The poet John Keatswrote of negative capability—the rarely met
capability in human nature to let go of those preconceived convictions which
provide us comforting security against the wrenching confusions of a
too-complicated reality.
American Hiroshima,
with its thoroughgoing, withering exposure of all that even to this day
threatens to leave our planet a corpse enshrouded in universal winter, is a work
of value. Some of its premises, however, suffered from a reliance on tainted
sources. In one more manifestation of rarity, Dionisi, identifying and
apologizing for those false leads, demonstrates his honesty and humility.
This leads to one other measure of the author
before turning to his text. A glance at the myriad web of footnotes here tells
the story: for Dionisi, the extreme opposite of the crackpot conspiracist
stereotyped by propaganda, is relentless in his documentation of each and every
claim he finds surfacing from his indefatigable research.
It’s important to keep this unique insistence upon
authenticity in mind—because now I’m going to turn to anticipation of the text
to follow, and suggest how what you will read goes beyond other exposés of the
New World Order. Hold onto your hat! Because my sampling unadorned by Dionisi’s
carefully reasoned-out support of these claims, all tied to his reliable
sources, will strain your credulity.
1. The tale of the box-cutter hijackers is a myth.
2. Al Qaeda was prefabricated for NWO propaganda
purposes. AL QAEDA DID NOT EXIST ON 9/11.
4. The entire Navy SEAL teamcredited with executing Osama bin Laden was
killed by August 6, 2011.
5. The NWO, as part of its secret war against the
Jews, used Mossad agents to conduct the 9/11 terrorism.
Given such hair-raising materials, perhaps it
would be inappropriate in me to urge you to enjoy your read. But you must
forgive this old literature professor if he turns again to the poet John Keatswho, in the poem Ode on a Grecian Urn,
pronounced possibly the most controversial declaration in the history of English
letters,
Beauty is truth, truth beauty.
However disputable that assertion, at least we
must agree that there is an immense satisfaction in learning the truth behind
appearances. And while no one’s truth can be trusted as infallible, I write to
assure you that, in the present case, you’re in good hands.

On an interesting note,
in the last issue of
The Rock Creek Free Press (the newspaper went out of business in September
2011), information consistent with the book
findings was published although the information
911: The Secret War Against the Jews is more detailed and includes who is responsible and the
spiritual reasons for the attacks.
